Not everyone believes in you. Not everyone values your work. Most likely even your family doubts that you can “make money with your camera.” Sometimes it feels as though the world is against you, waiting for you to fail, rather than for you to succeed.
You know there are a lot of resources out there to help you, but sometimes it doesn’t feel like they are clear, or just what you’ve been looking for. You need more than simply a “to do list.” You need someone to help you with the process, so you can achieve as much as possible in the shortest timeframe.
You also know the reality: 8 out of every 10 photographers who try to create their dream business will fail. You don’t want to be in that statistic. You have a passion for your art, but you don’t want to be a starving artist. You think you could make it, but you simply don’t know how. You can’t afford to invest in something that doesn’t pay off. You can’t afford to waste time; The eyes of the world are on you, waiting for you to get a “real job.”
I’m here to tell you this: You WILL make it. And I’m going to help you make that happen.
I couldn’t be more excited to introduce to you my labor of love for the last year: CRAFT Business Bootcamp for Photographers.
Since March of 2014 I have spent hundreds of hours developing a solution for my favorite people in the world: Photographers. I have watched dozens of photographers work towards a dream business, only to become lost in the business practicals. Unable to find their way, many photographers have closed the doors to their business, their craft, and their dreams.
I designed CRAFT to be your solution. I wrote CRAFT to become your personal mentor and coach through the process of building a profitable dream business. In the midst of health challenges, a cross country move, and life, I have created a course that will give you the photography business you’ve always wanted.
I am so excited to tell you that I will be launching the Introductory Class of CRAFT on March 16th, 2015 and REGISTRATION OPENS ON FEBRUARY 21st, 2015!!!!
Major happy dances are happening right now!!!!
I know you can’t wait for more info – So here it is!!!
WHAT EXACTLY IS CRAFT?
CRAFT is a 6 week Business Bootcamp for Photographers. The entire course will be 6 weeks long, which you will complete in the comfort of your home and through online course logins. Every week you will have a group call with me, where you will submit specific questions that I will answer myself. For this reason, the course will be limited to 25 photographers only. For a small upgrade, you can opt in to have one-on-one, personal calls with me weekly as well.
WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF CRAFT?
Craft is 6 weeks of videos, worksheets, phone calls, and support group dialogue for you to work through every obstacle, question, and action step necessary to build a profitable business as a Photopreneur. Each week we will focus on a different aspect of your business. And don’t worry, You can work through this completely at your own pace!
WHY DID YOU CREATE CRAFT?
In the last 8 years I have been heartbroken to hear a theme with the stories of photographers again and again. These artists have incredible and dynamic work, unbelievable talent, and yet they can’t make a living with their photography. Even worse are stories of photographers who are trying desperately to make a living, and are determined to “make it” but simply can’t get traction with the business side. It really breaks my heart, because I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that photographers CAN be profitable and make a living with this business. Sometimes, it just takes a little bit of help.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF CRAFT?
If you are a photographer who has ever questioned your ability to become fluent in the business side, CRAFT is for you. If you believe in your artistic skills but know you have weakness in the paperwork or legalities or financials, CRAFT is for you. If you don’t know how to take your talent and monetize on it, CRAFT is for you. The entire purpose of CRAFT is to teach you how to become a Photopreneur – a photographic entrepreneur.
IS CRAFT ONLY FOR BEGINNERS?
The beauty of CRAFT is that I have structured it to facilitate the growth of photographers who are just starting out, as well as those who have pieces already developed, but still lack a cohesive brand, workflow, and structure for their business. In the 6 weeks of this course, you will not simply learn theory, you will actually act on the concepts practically.
I DON’T MAKE MUCH MONEY AS A PHOTOGRAPHER. HOW CAN I JUSTIFY THE EXPENSE?
When I first started my business, I was broke, I was in the middle of a cross country move, and the timing was terrible. But I knew that in order for me to make something happen during this time, I would have to make an investment. So I did. I went through a mentorship with Dane Sanders of Fast Track photographer, and for 3 months I paid $500 a month. It was challenging, it was difficult, but I was sure to get every penny’s worth out of that time. And from that, BrideInspired was borne. Because I know the value and worth of CRAFT, I can promise that by the end of the course, it will already have paid itself – because when you do everything laid out, you will be getting clients. THAT is a guarantee a photographer can’t afford to pass up if they really want to make it in this industry.
I DON’T HAVE THE MONEY UP FRONT. HOW CAN I AFFORD IT?
With CRAFT, you will be able to split payments over the duration of the program. I so believe this is a MUST DO for photographers that I have done my best to make it as affordable as possible. The first payment is due upon signing up for the course. The second payment will be due in the middle of the course at week 4. And final payment will be due the month following the courses conclusion. I believe this course is the best thing a photographer could do, and so it is priced in such a way to also help photographers make the time and energy investment as well.
HOW WILL CRAFT MAKE ME SUCCEED AS A PHOTOGRAPHER?
The truth is most individuals who set out to become photography business owners, will close their business by the 4th year. This is such a rough industry! You don’t have time or money to waste if you want to make it. You need to walk in being equipped to build strategically, and in a manner that will pay off in the future. CRAFT is the tool to for just that.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF CRAFT IS A GOOD FIT FOR ME?
CRAFT is for the underdogs, the dark horses, and the David’s of entrepreneurship. It isn’t for people who feel like they know it all. It isn’t for photographers who think they can make it on their own. CRAFT is for those who want more than anything to build a profitable business, and don’t want to waste time with trial and error. CRAFT is not for those who believe a dream business will happen on its’ own. If you want a dream business, and are willing to put in the time and energy to make it happen, then CRAFT is for you!
WHAT WILL THE CONTENT OF CRAFT FOCUS ON SPECIFICALLY?
I have created a complete guide to CRAFT for you to download and review. CRAFT-ProgramGuide will give you everything you need to know before making your decision. The goal of CRAFT is to, quite literally, walk you through the entire process of setting up your business and making it profitable – in just 6 weeks. And because I have walked other successful photographers though the process – Sarahdipity Photos, Inspired Photography as a few examples – I can promise you that this will be the single most effective step you can take in setting up your business!
With CRAFT, you can live your dreams. You can enjoy your life as a creative to the fullest. You can be the profitable artist that you’ve always wanted to be.
And best of all, you can bring beauty and joy to the lives of others without sacrificing your profitability.
Trust me, if you walk through every step of this program, you’ll make back your investment within 60 days.
